Acceptable Use
By using Callibi, you agree that you will not:
- Abuse the platform or use it for unauthorized purposes
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Perform or facilitate illegal activities
- Spam other users
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
The Callibi Number
Getting a Callibi Number is always free. It is an internet identifier attached to your account, not a government-issued or telecom-issued phone number, and it carries no rights or protections associated with traditional telephone numbers. You choose your own 10-digit number from the open pool at registration, on a first-come, first-served basis; it cannot be transferred to another person or ported to or from a telecom carrier. One email address is limited to one free Callibi Number — your account's email and primary number are each unique in our system.
The only numbers that are ever paid are genuine VIP numbers — ones matching an objective pattern such as repeating digits, palindromes, sequential digits, or round numbers. We do not designate an ordinary, pattern-less number as VIP just to charge for it; if a number doesn't match a recognized VIP pattern, it is free to register like any other number in the open pool. VIP numbers are listed for sale in the VIP Number Store instead of being available through free registration.
Callibi is currently open to registrations from India only. We may use IP-based geolocation to verify eligibility at signup; this is an approximate check, not a precise location service.
VIP Number Purchases
VIP numbers are sold at fixed, tier-based prices shown in the VIP Number Store at the time of purchase, and paid for through PayU. Unlike your one free number, a single account may purchase and hold multiple VIP numbers. Ownership of a purchased VIP number is permanent once payment is confirmed; we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges on completed VIP number purchases except where required by law. If a payment is deducted but a number is not credited to your account due to a technical error, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service Availability
Callibi is provided on an "as available" basis during this MVP stage. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; your Callibi Number will be permanently retired upon deletion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Callibi evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
